Our business has been built around our on site service and repairs, at Precious Washers we only have trained and competent service engineers who have a minimum of five years experience of onsite repairs within the cleaning industry

In House

Precious Washers has a fully equipped in house service department, if you would like to send your equipment to us or drop it off we will be more than happy to get your item repaired for you

Service & Maintenance

We can do this on a pay-as-you-go basis or as a fully inclusive maintenance agreement or service plans allowing you to budget accurately for your cleaning equipment costs.

Cost


Precious Washers work on a "NO CALL OUT" basis we do not believe in Charging you extra just to have your equipment repaired on your site.

We cover most of Staffordshire and Derbyshire with no travel charge which means you can have a Precious Engineer for as little as £49.95 on your site.

Domestic Repairs


Precious Washers are a premier Nilfisk-Alto Domestic / Consumer repair center. We offer a flat rate Labour cost for all domestic repairs of just £30 + VAT.

If you would like your Domestic machine repairing simply drop it off at our main STAFFORD depot, sent it to us or we can arrange a courier for you.

We do not offer on-site repairs for domestic machines.
